From September 2025 to January 2026, BIENALSUR is deploying in Italy with a program of exhibitions, artist residencies, and performance actions in Milan, Rome, Naples, and Biella. The objective is to create a dialogue between the research of international artists and the Italian context.

Through exhibitions, residencies, and institutional collaborations, the projects explore the major curatorial themes of this fifth edition: social justice, memory and rewriting, living ecologies, contemporary cohabitations, and cultural dissidence.
