Lefebvre & Fils Gallery is pleased to present for the first time in France the Korean artist Jennie Jieun Lee in an unseen show Smile Purgatory from 13th June to 30th August 2014.

Whether through painting, printmaking or ceramics, Jennie Jieun Lee reinterprets historical forms and techniques through the lens of her unique personal history. This is her first exhibition in France.

She studied at the School of the Museum Fine Arts of Boston and the San Francisco Institute of Art. Jennie Jieun Lee lives and works in New York.
