From 27 May to 18 September, Photo12 Galerie will be presenting “Greek Souls”, an exhibition dedicated to Nikos Aliagas’ photographic work.

In parallel with his television career, Nikos Aliagas has always pursued a photography as a personal passion.

In a world that is changing so fast, he aims at capturing a significant instant, a glance, a movement, a detail. A meeting with someone or a place. He created these snapshots, for himself. Then, came the desire to share them with people.

After the large formats presented at the Conciergerie in the exhibition “Corps et Âmes”, Nikos Aliagas goes further and presents around 40 photographs on Greece. His Greece, an eternal Greece. People proud of their past, their history, their country.

Places full of emotions. He choose to call this exhibition “Greek Souls” because each image aims at unveiling the intimate and the indescribable.
